Rafting

The longest river of our area includes 21 km of descent, which represents about three hours non stop.

Our excursion includes a lunch break along the river before getting back on the unforgettable "Aime", "Centron", "Saut de la Pucelle" rapids.

A very good and sportiv day training in white water swimming. We will trin in the artificial white water stadium the morning and run for the "integral" trip the afternoon.
