The Arve river of Chamonix offers a great opportunity to discover and practise hydrospeed (white water swimming) in optimal conditions: a good level of water in the summer season, perfect areas to practise technical departures and arrivals and to learn how to efficiently use flippers… within a world renowned and unique panorama.  On this initiation trip, if the water conditions are good and your technique sufficient, you may decide to go on a second river, the Arveyron, which finds its origin in the famous “Mer de Glace” glacier.
